About
A general contracting company focused on understanding each project, defining its scope, and coordinating execution with attention to the client.
NM Construction serves homeowners and commercial clients in South Florida with construction, remodeling, and property improvement work. Our role is to translate what a client wants into a defined scope, then carry that scope through execution with the trades and professionals it requires.
We prefer clarity over speed at the start: a proposal that states conditions and exclusions, a schedule that reflects real lead times, and communication that continues after the contract is signed.
